Stress Relief and Burnout Prevention
We go through times of change more and more often these days: at work as well as at home. Moving from place to place literally, or trying to find out what it is we really want to do with our lives in different stages of our life. This is almost always accompanied by a feeling of stress.
Stress is not necessarily a bad thing, but if it becomes chronic it is a different matter and can leave a negative impact.
