About me

Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Tineke Mulder, and I am a professional life coach, career coach and Reiki practitioner. My drive is to support people who are looking for a new approach and meaning in their career or daily life. These phases of transition can be stressful. And sometimes the balance is simply off between what you’re asked to do and what you feel capable of. You feel uncertain, overwhelmed, under pressure and stressed. I have been in that situation myself as well. And while it may not always be possible to change your external circumstances in the short or long term, together we can develop ways to increase your resilience in handling them. A holistic approach to manage stress and getting the most out of life, being your best self.

Before Bright Now, my professional career was about 25 years in the field of international relations and HR, mainly at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an internationally operating NGO. Over the years, I realized that coaching people in their professional and personal development or finding a new purpose, energized me much more than the contents of international relations. And once that was crystal clear, I had the courage to jump.

Bright Now - How did it start?

Coaching / E-Coaching

I use a variety of coaching techniques based upon the theories of e.g. systemic-coaching, Jung, Transactional Analysis, NLP.

I received training to become a professional and certified coach in the USA as well as in the Netherlands. My certification as a coach and e-coach is acknowledged in The Netherlands (NOBCO), Europe (EMCC) and in the USA (ICF/ACC).

Reiki

I have been practicing Reiki in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition since I received my first initiation in 2005. In 2016 I started the trajectory to become a Reiki Master.

Reiki has supported me since the first attunement in a gentle way to better connect to myself and to those around me. This positive experience inspires me every day again to self-practice treat and to share Reiki with other people. During COVID-19 only distant Reiki treatments are given.
